Im a heavy smoker with strep throat.?

ive had strep throat for about 4 days, this is the worst sickness ive ever had, i never tried quitting smoking before so i dont know how it feels, but i hate being sick so i decided to stop smoking untill i am better, than continue. i have been taking antibiotics the doctors prescribed for over 2 days, my throat is still soar as hell my head hurts i almost feel dizzy, very weak, my nose is congested, i just feel absoultly sick, i havnt smoked in days. do you think i am more sick because i have not been smoking? what will happen if i smoke? will i feel better or wose? please help!
