Is this a good video card and sound card for the price. I just want to play counter strike above 100 fps.?

no considering in big firefights my 8600 would drop me down to 60fps (like smoke going off, people shooting, 32 player match). unless u have a kick cpu and like 2gigs of ram then im not sure its gonna keep u over 100fps constantly.
