When do the tickets for the Jonas Brothers 3D Concert come out? ?

Its soo weird! when i went to JonasBrothersFan.com a couple of hours ago and they had this countdown where it said the advance tickets are going to come out and right now when i went back on, it was there! they moved it! so can a Jonas Brothers fan help out so i know im not the only one this has happened to!
