When i increase my FSB over 152, the computer hangs after some time of use!!!?

Your overclock over 152MHz bus speed is unstable. Try downclocking RAM using the memory divider before you increase bus speed. What you want to happen is for RAM speed to be close to default speed when you reach your target overclock. You may also have to bump up processor voltage a bit to stabilize your overclock.
