Should Turkey be a model for the Middle East to follow?

A secular nation my friend would be better than a sharia one. The way I look at it yes Turkey is a model for the Middle East. A place thats long been enclodes in tradition. People may say theres no hijab allowed and there are houses out in public so and. There is still much work to be done but the goal is in sight.
