Sculpting help pleezz? (answer mine and I will answer yours +10 points)?

Hi, I'm making a sculpture of a alligator holding a beer bottle. I'm making the piece for a bar. The bottle part is easy, but putting beer in it is hard. Since I can't just put beer in my sculpture, I need 2 put a hardened liquid that looks like beer. I was thinking of mixing honey and a sculpting glaze but it doesn't have the color of beer, and doesn't dry hard quick. So if there is any liquid u can think of or a mixture u can think of that will harden and look like beer it would really help me.
