Should i make this Fantasy Football trade?

He offered me Greg Jennings and Tim Hightower for Jay Cutler, Percy Harvin, and Darren McFadden. My other 2 WR's are Ochocinco and Miles (Jennings would be 3rd, need to start 3) . My rb would be Turner and Wells. My qb is Romo so im set there for now. Do i pull the trigger? NO PPR league.
