What does it mean if she doesnt pick up or return your calls anymore?

my friend asked her if she was mad at me but she said no. so i dont get it i tried calling, IMs, no response from either of them. i spaced it out too, i didnt go crazy with teh calling or IMs. i only called twice, n IMed three times over a period of a week. no responses. is she ignoring me or am i having the shittest luck in the history of mankind where she doesnt receive my calls or IMs?
