Help with WINDOWS VISTA!!?

well you can clean out some memory. by going to your computer/ my computer under your start menu. a window will pop up of course. then u may have to wait a few seconds before it appears. but at the very top it will show you OS(C:) you can click on that and erase files and folders. or you can click on the RECOVERY(D:) and do the same. just make sure you don't delete anything you don't know was it is for. this will help free up some memory. or you could just simply try to restore your computer back to a later date. by the way when you delete emails to your trash bin erase your trash it stores as memory on your computer if you don't. hope i helped.
