No, I don't think it's true. Guys may have a specific preference, but being skinny is only one of the many preferences. For example, I MUCH prefer a heavier girl to a skinny one but there's a limit. It's hard to explain but there is a certain amount of overweightness that is VERY attractive, but the attractiveness vanishes after a certain point.
