Please help, my stomach hurts so bad!?

okay, so this is going to have a ton of typos and no correct punctuation because i am in major pain right now. i don't understand it, i get these super hurtful cramps, like period cramps. i'm not having it though. the pain increases if i'm cold. my gag reflexes are screwed up, so everything makes me gag. and i feel like i want to vomit up everything i eat. it feels like my body is rejecting everything. the pains in my stomach are so bad, it kind of scares of. it's been going on for about 6 months now off and on..and no i AM NOT pregnant. there's not even a possibility of that. but the pain, is like excruciating , it burns and makes me fold over double it's so harsh. i try my best to eat regular, but i just don't have much of an appetite anymore. help me?!?!?
