Trouble with HP Scanner?

Ok, so, I downloaded the HP psc 2110v all-in-one drive, and it will print and copy, but not scan. I figured maybe the problem was the HP Image Zone that the previous owner had put on this computer, so I deleted it. Now I'm looking for the Hp Gallery and Imaging software that I used to use, because it always worked. My question is...does anyone know what that is?
