Helpless fourteen year old in need of some fashion advice!!! :D?

Ok, I'm going back to school shopping with my mom this weekend. And she says whatever I want she'll buy it for me! I'm totally stoked! I have no uniform for the first time in my life, so I'm nervous/excited about what I should get! I'm pretty skinny, have white blonde hair, and am 5"4. I don't know if that helped or not, but I really want some new clothes! So could you leave some links to specific outfits that sounds like it would look good on me?? Lol! I'm just really nervous!
