HELP! my tetra has a white bump growing on the side of it's mouth? (PICS)?

my dwarf gourami had something like that. I bought something called "tank buddies" it was the kind that treats bacteria. I got it at petsmart, I think they even sell it at walmart. Just remember, if you medicate a tank to remove all the carbon before medicating.
