Could i have triple citizenship? US/UK/Colombia?

I was born in UK and i am a UK Citizen. Both my parents are colombian citizens. i have a colombian pport but i dont know if this makes me a colombian national. i plan t move to the US in a few years and i plan to go colombia too. i just want toi know if its possible.
