Are you a Royalist or a Republican?

Rationally, one would have to be a republican but then, looking at who gets to be head of state in some countries, suddenly being a royalist doesn't seem so bad. The UK has it about right with armed services and the judiciary responsible to a non-political crown and with the crown removed from running the country.
